If there is anything you are not satisfied with, bayr is happy to provide an exchange or full refund (excluding postage) within 14 days of arrival.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition in its original packaging. If there is any damage to the item or box , the return will not be accepted.

Please email tokyo.bayr@gmail.com with the order number and reason for return, and you will receive a confirmation with instructions on where to send  the package.

International customers

Please mark the package "RETURNED ITEMS" otherwise import charges and taxes will be deducted from your return total. We highly recommend you send returns with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in post. Unless the return is at the fault of bayr, returns are at the customer's cost.

Refund

A refund can take up to 5 business days after arrival at bayr headquarters.
